Kale is, first and foremost, a loyal and protective guy. Once you have gained his friendship, he'll stand by you no matter what and will defend you whenever you need it. However, he expects to get the same amount of loyalty he gives. If he feels you've betrayed him, he won't even give you a second glance. He's very good at improvising, getting through any obstacles he might encounter with whatever he can get his hands on. He isn't one to let something he thinks is wrong or cruel go unpunished; he will be one to step up and try and stop it.

Kale is fairly tall and lean, with a fair amount of sinewy muscles. He has very pale skin, but does not seem to get a sunburn often; it tans before it burns. Though he's fully grown, he stills has a youthful, immature appearance to him, especially since he is still sioccassionally plagued by acne. His hair is brown, and he keeps it cut very short; it annoys him to have it any longer. He calls his eye color hazel for mplicity; they are mostly gray but have brown around the pupil and dark green around the edge.
Kale's animal form is that of a Nile Monitor. In this form, he is seven feet long, much of this length made up by his long, lashing tall. His scales are mainly a brownish-black color, but there are pale yellow bands and spots down his body as well.
History:
Kale was born into a middle class Reptile family, a child of two warriors. Both died when he was little more than an infant, so Kale was raised mainly by his aunt. He was a trouble maker as a child, often getting into fights with the other kids. As he matured, he grew out of this. When he was twelve, he began to train to become a warrior. His talents, archery and reflexes, helped him to excel at it.
